HOWARD SILLER - CFO & DIRECTOR
Headed up by expert financial controller, Howard Siller, the BAS Agents was founded to assist small to medium-sized businesses to get ahead financially.
Realising the severe lack of support and assistance out there for business owners, Howard identified a gap in the market to make BAS lodging as stress-free and easy as possible.
Howard is highly skilled in budgeting, business planning and mapping, sales and account reconciliation and known for his attention to detail and accountancy prowess.
As a self-proclaimed wanderluster. When Howard’s not in the office, you might find him partaking in an ocean swim or going for beach walks with his wife.
He, along with his expert team of agents, are at the ready to assist you and your business get on top of BAS lodging today.
EMA AKA THE ‘THE MACHINE’
SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Organisation is the key when it comes to Ema’s approach. She loves undertaking a financial review or two and is deeply passionate about ensuring all her client’s financial needs are up-to-date and reconciled.
As another seasoned traveller, Ema has visited a range of countries including Greece and Spain but has a particular soft spot for the gorgeous isle of Tasmania. When Ema clocks off for the day, you might find her going for a post-work run, bush walk or swim.
JAS AKA “THE EXECUTER” INTERMEDIATE BOOKKEEPER
With a deep commitment to fostering growth and an unwavering ability to think innovatively, Jas takes immense pride in her extensive accounting and financing experiences gained over the years. Fearlessly embracing change, she eagerly embraces new ideas and possesses a genuine passion for executing strategies that ensure her clients' success.
During her cherished moments of leisure, or as she affectionately refers to it as her "witching hour," Jas can often be found in her kitchen, joyfully embarking on various baking experiments and creating an array of delightful cookie variations. As she bakes, she unleashes her inner pop star, singing Taylor Swift's songs at the top of her lungs.
KYLIE AKA ‘THE KILLER’
BAS AGENT / BOOKKEEPER
It’s all about the analytics, numbers and data when it comes to Kylie. As someone that thrives on results, she loves being able to provide in-depth reports for her clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
When it comes to holidaying, her favourite destination is the island of Lord Howe. When she’s not busy working, you might find her shooting hoops on the netball court or hanging out with her nearest and dearest. Fun fact: Kylie is a particularly keen karaoke fan. Anyone for a sing-off? Microphones at the ready!
ALISON AKA ‘THE ANALYST’
CLIENT MANAGER / SENIOR BOOKKEEPER
Alison is our client manager and bookkeeping expert no matter the industry. Never afraid of a challenge, Alison prides herself in assisting clients in understanding the numbers and making their lives less complicated.
When Alison isn’t cooking up a storm for her family, she loves entertaining friends, getting some sun in her garden or zenning out with some yoga. If your business processes are a little messy or non-existent, then Alison is the person for the job.
LUCIANA AKA ‘THE ASSASIN’

Luciana loves the dynamic nature of her industry, being able to work with a variety of clients who all have their own financial needs and goals. As someone always keen to learn, you might find Luciana trying out the latest accounting software and programs.
In her spare time, Luciana loves going on walks – whether it’s scenic walks or city walks, she loves taking in her surroundings. Looking to get into crypto or shares? Luciana is a keen trader, so next time you meet, hit her up for some trading tips.

Sheena is fast on her way to becoming an accounting and financing dynamo. She loves being able to take care of her clients’ bookkeeping needs.
You might not know, but Sheena is known for throwing some serious moves on the dancefloor. A bit of a movie buff, you might find Sheena tuning into the latest blockbusters or anime series and her favourite holiday spot? Siargao Island, a serene and spectacularly beautiful part of The Philippines.
